Featured in Real Producers Magazine: Running Into the Fire
I’m honored to share that I was featured in the September 2025 issue of Sacramento Real Producers Magazine. The article captures a journey that’s been anything but ordinary—from firefighting to homebuilding to creating the real estate practice I lead today.
Lessons From the Fire Station
Before real estate, I spent ten years with the Sacramento Fire Department. Something most people don’t know about me and are surprised upon learning that. The lesson that stayed with me? It wasn’t just about firefighting—it was about facing any challenge head-on.
Building From the Ground Up
I grew up walking construction sites with my family, learning that details matter. When I transitioned into real estate in 2004 as a newly single mom, I was building more than a career—I was building a life with purpose and flexibility. After 19 years of marriage, I found myself starting over with two daughters to raise. That moment became the foundation for everything that followed. I put both girls through college, teaching them by example to lead with strength and independence. A phrase that stuck with me: “Life prepares you for life.”
Early in my career, an experienced agent told me: “Don’t take things personally.” It changed how I listened and helped me focus on what truly mattered to my clients.
As broker-owner of Witham Real Estate, I lead a team offering concierge-level service and data-backed processes designed to maximize equity for our clients. I love guiding people through possibilities and being the trusted resource they call again and again.
