Victoria did an excellent job of helping me get my house ready for sale, including a review of the things i should honestly fix or repair so it would sell quickly – and it did, for over the asking price. The buyers asked for nothing additional to be done because it had already been done. Win – Win. The buyer and buying realtor knew an outstanding job had been done on our part. “I would love to tell you about our family’s experience working with The Witham Real Estate Team. We recently made the decision, along with my Mom (87 years old), to sell my mother’s home. Victoria Witham enjoys a sterling reputation, within the Active Adult community in which my Mom lives, of being an expert with the home sales process in this community. But more importantly, she’s better known for the care and excellent customer service she extends toward every home owner. Victoria and her Team customize every transaction and treat each client as “their first or their final customer”. I was helping to organize this sale from a neighboring state. Victoria worked it out so that everything, except the Closing signing, could be done virtually. When I became ill and decided move to a assisted living facility I chose to list my home with Victoria.
