The community’s jewel is the 10,000-square-foot recreational center called The Retreat, offering a state-of-the-art fitness center with 24-hour access. The Retreat provides many indoor amenities, including billiards, a kitchen, and a cozy lounge area. Some outdoor amenities include a pool and spa, bocce courts, a patio area with an outdoor fireplace, an event lawn, and an outdoor barbecue. The Retreat also offers Wi-Fi hot spots throughout the building and concierge services. The concierge can provide various services, from community events and social groups to personal shoppers, pet sitters/walkers, and dinner reservations. The HOA dues include front yard landscaping maintenance and all the Retreat amenities.
